Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days from our retail after receipt of payment. All purchase will be ship via Singapore Post Worldwide Registered & Tracked Airmail. We will issue your order with an article tracking number once your order has been sent. You may also request for your order tracking number by contacting us at sale@motherseed.com

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, else shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched as individual orders and we will not be able to hold back any orders because dispatched items will be solely be in charge by the Mailing Company.

As we are doing a part for the conservation of Wildlife and the Earth. We will be using Green Recycled materials or recycling materials to package and protect your items. Rest assure, we will never cut back on material in protecting your items. If you do not wish for recycled material for packaging, please uncheck the "I agree to recieve my items in recycled package" on check out.
